- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Neither friendly nor pleasant. Six staff doing the work of two. Tellers don't have answers to basic questions, and when referred to three staff on desks, none seemed interested in acknowledging much less helping. First guy was "mortgage" and had no answers nor clue where to go for answers. Second, Helen Beaman, appeared too busy on personal phone call to care much. Third person was actually working with customers. Keep her. There's too many banks on the Island to have a branch like this with such poor service.By Jerry Tidd, October 26, 2016
